GSTC is a community-organisation that has provided a range of services to assist people in regional NSW since 1987. We partner with other organizations and employers to conduct programs and services that develop skills and lead to sustainable employment for unemployed and disadvantaged people.

To achieve this goal we engage with our customers, understand their needs and develop their capacity for obtaining and retaining employment. We work with key stakeholders in each community including Employment and Disability Employment service providers and the NDIS to assist their clients achieve their personal and vocational goals

We partner with Government, community and commercial organizations; industry and employers, training and education providers to identify and implement innovative solutions to problems encountered by local people.
